How to send multiple gifts to many people, fast and easy!

Do you need to send out a bunch of gifts quickly? Do you want to be able to:

Our gift dashboard let's you do all of this and more, in an easy to use interface designed for people needing to send and manage a large number of gifts. This post will walk you through using the Healthy Surprise dashboard to set up multiple gifts in just a few minutes!

Sending the first gift box

To get started sending gifts to friends and family grab get the recipient's addresses.

Select your healthy gift box

Visit our homepage where we offer three different size boxes and each box can be sent for various durations: 1 time, 1x per month for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Click 'Send Gift' and create an account.

Entering the gift's details

Enter your first recipient's name and address in the Box Destination section.

Pick your gift's shipping date

Click in this field to select the date that the gift box will be handed to the Post Office, not the estimated delivery date. We ship everything USPS Priority Mail; boxes to southern California usually arrive the next day, almost everyone else the second day and rural areas the third business day. These are the USPS's idealized delivery times and are not guaranteed. In our experience they are really good and 95% of the packages make it on time. But it's not uncommon for it to take a few more days.

Personalize your gift note

We print a 8.5" x 5.5" color gift card and include it in every gift box. You can leave a long note and we'll make it work, as we make each gift box by hand every morning. If you don't leave a note, the box will show up rather anonymously - what a great surprise!

Review and confirm

Look everything over and click Send Gift.

Once you've done that your first gift will be set up and you will be redirected to your Healthy Surprise dashboard. Here you will see your Address book:

As you send more gifts, Healthy Surprise will remember your recipients and automatically add them to your Address Book. You can also add contacts without sending a gift by clicking the 'New Contact' button.

Managing your first gift

You can see that the status is listed as SHIPPING ASAP. This means that your order will be mailed in the next shipment. Shipments go out every business day, Monday through Friday at 2pm EST. So yes, if you order by 2pm EST your gift box will ship the same day!

1. Shipping date - You can choose a new date for your gift to ship by clicking it on the calendar
2. Recipient - Need to update the address or want to change it completely? Click the address dropdown and select anyone in your address book, or add a new gift address.
3. Billing history - Review the transaction by clicking 'Billing History'.

Sending multiple gifts

To send your next gift, click the big 'Send Gift' button up top (the smaller 'Send Gift' button next to each contact will create a gift with them as the recipient). Choose your gift box and review the details:

1. Enter your recipient's details
2. Choose your ship date
3. Customize your gift card
4. Click 'Send Gift'

That's it! Repeat for each additional gift you want to send.

Even easier the next time

Now that you've sent gifts to all of your friends or coworkers, it's even easier to send them gifts next time. You won't have to enter their name and address again, just click the 'Send Gift' button next to their name in the Address Book!

1. Choose the gift box and size you want to send (and if you want it to recur)
2. Create an account and enter standard billing and shipping info
3. Enter a custom gift message and choose the date you want your gift to ship

Now you've set up your first gift. This contact is saved to your Healthy Surprise address book, so you can easily send them a future gift with one click!

Now that your account is set up and your billing info updated, you can create the rest of your holiday gifts quickly and easily.

1. Click the 'Send Gift' and choose the gift box and duration you want to send.
2. Enter your recipient's details
3. Enter a custom gift message and choose the date you want your gift to ship.
4. Smile because you've just gotten another gift taken care of in less than a minute!

Note about timings: Orders placed by 11am PST ship the same day, priority mail (fast service!) Southern CA arrives in 1 business day, most of US 2 business days, rural US 3 business days. Those are USPS delivery estimates, if you want to make sure your gift arrives in time for Christmas, schedule it to ship on Dec 20 or earlier!
